Meeting: 3rd September, 2005
SCAG Report...
After several weeks of advertising the user group we had no idea of how many people to expect, allthough in the end there was a good turnout, some old faces, and a few new ones too.
Two Machines, An A1200PPC and an A4000 PPC were showing off the latest OS4 Betas, and two machines with oldie games to play about on were there, the highlight (for me) was linking up for 2 player stunt car racer, which I've never playad before on an Amiga machine. We also had a system build going on, of An A4000 power tower, with mediator. Unfortunately we didn't manage to finish it in time, since we hit a few snags along the way, fingers crossed we'll have it ready for next time round though .
I believe there were 9 or 10 of us there, most of us went to the pub down the road after for some food and drinks, and then back to Ryus house for Stuncar on a 32" screen! Many thanks to all those who turned out, hopefully we'll cross paths again come next meeting.
