Time Gentlement Please!
The end may be in sight. After seven months since the demise of Escom,
and through the protracted Viscorp affair, it seems that the Amiga Technologies
buyout saga may finally be drawing to a close. Quikpak remain confident
that they will purchase the company.
Sassenrath blows his top
Carl Sassenrath, author of the Amiga EXEC and CDXL spooling media format,
announces a new cross-platform OS called Lava. (Lava later became known
as Rebol and is available for several operating systems.)
