COMMENTS
ST/Amiga Format was evolving at a fast rate, gradually improving the
layout and separating features into ST or Amiga-only. This issue featured
reviews of the Atari CD-ROM, ST Space Harrier, and Amiga Photon Paint.
Amiga graphics looked better than the ST, but the market still favoured
the latter.
A SNIPPET
FROM THE ISSUE
French-based magazine, A-News were have problems with Commodore France.
The head of the French subsidiary, Franke Lanne, decided that the market
was 'too young' for a dedicated Amiga magazine. He attempted to prevent
the launch by withholding press releases, openly supporting a competitor,
and forbidding the use of 'Amiga', 'Kickstart', and 'Workbench' on the
front cover.
