CD32- Game Console Debug
Board
Developer: Commodore International
Available: 1993 |
To provide software support for the CD32 upon release Commodore
provided registered Amiga programmers with a development board.
This turned the console into a fully fledged computer, allowing
ported software to be tested. This added a parallel, serial, RGB
monitor port and floppy disk ports to the machine. The device is
similar in design to the SX-1 that was released two years later
(1995). However, its scarcity makes it more valuable to potential
collectors.
