CD32 Dangerous
Streets
Retailer: Commodore International
Available: 1993

As one of the first CD32 bundles, the bundle takes its name from
the beat-em-up game Dangerous Streets, in an obvious attempt to
attract the Street Fighter 2 crowd. The game proved to be a poor
choice, technically and on the playability scale, barely
using the power of the 32-bit machine and failing to provide
sufficient entertainment. Body Blows, an A500 game that was release
two years previous, would have been a better choice. The other
three - Diggers, Oscar and Wing Commander - were basic A500
conversions that demonstrated the predictable uninspiring use of
CD-ROM.
Thanks to Mark Nixon for sending new images of the Dangerous Streets packaging.
