Houston Texas-- Infomedia Network and Tao group have formed a closer relationship to deliver Infomedia's TVision product for the Java embedded space. This product will go into production late January, and will be delivered for beta testing at more than 20 major corporations.  TVision has 15 thousand units that will be implemented in the first quarter.  We are forecasting to deliver 400 thousand units before the end of Q3.

Francis Cherig, Chairman of Tao group stated, "Infomedia Network, has completed its product TVision, it is without a doubt a first class product.  TVision is the first fully Java embedded product to be delivered for the Interactive Television market.  We here at Tao are most excited to see such a product enter into the market place.  TVision will pave the way for many new and progressive technologies and a host of applications and content."

JD Ray , President / COO of Infomedia stated, "Although we are ready for beta testing TVision, we are also in negotiation with several major corporations on branding issues.  TVision was developed to be non-exclusive to any single operating system, and directed to the, Cable, Satellite, and the Telecommunications companies. Non-exclusivity has been our main policy for relationships.  TVision addresses such areas as, DSL, VDSL, XDSL, with functionality using blue tooth, other in home wireless networking applications, and TVision is a computer as well.  Those parameters allow all corporations to take advantage of such a diversified product.  We can not allow any one company to have exclusivity, thus we are working with several corporations on non-exclusive arrangements."

Infomedia Network, Inc. has many surprises for the interactive arena, yet to be announced.  They are planning several major press releases with a number of major corporations in the very near future
