What is Enforcer?
Enforcer is a programmer's tool used to check for illegal memory
accesses. Every time a program reads from or writes to a memory
address it shouldn't, it generates a hit, and enforcer produces an
error message. Well-written programs should have no hits. If you
don't run enforcer you still get the hits, but don't notice until
your computer crashes.
