Can I read Amiga disks on PC?
A changing area for the PC. In previous releases, I said that
you couldn't but apparently, you can. The CatWeazel floppy drive
controller that allows the connection of cheap PC disk drives also
allegedly allows the PC to read Amiga disks because it is based
upon a completely different design than the restrictive PC design.
It is also possible to transfer files by some kind of parallel
connection, such as "Network PC" or use CrossDos, which comes as
standard in Workbench 3.x. You cannot read Amiga disks with the
standard PC disk interface. It just isn't flexible enough.
