I have mounted a RAD disk but have found that it uses Chip RAM.
Is there any way I can get it to use Fast RAM instead?
A RAD drive is a virtual disk drive created from the Amigas
memory. By default the standard RAD mount uses Chip Ram. The only
way to change this is to get one of the alternatives available,
such as the freeware utility, StatRam. This can be found on Aminet
and in many PD libraries. StatRam allows the use of any other
memory and, unlike the standard RAD disk, alters its size
dynamically. If you have a Blizzard accelerator there is also a
program available that specifically uses the Blizzards RAM fitted
on the card.
